Meetings on Nov ‘08

This month is the most hectic month in almost 2 years my work at gov agency. why? listed below are all the mtgs i’ve attended for this month. this is only the mtgs ye tuan2 dan puan2 sekalian, not included my tonnes of surat menyurat dll..

 

·     4/11- site mtg kk2 batu pahat at batu pahat

·     5/11-mtg  latihan comittee at my office

·     6/11- technical mtg projek kk2 seremban (9.30-1.00pm) dan kk3 lukut (2.30 pm) at my office (2.30-5.30pm)

·     10/11- design interaction kolej jm parit raja at TIMA (9.00-1.00pm) and mtg IBS with KSU at KKR (4.00-5.45pm)

·     11/11- mtg design IBS Ibuzawa at my office (2.30-5.30pm)

·     12/11- mtg koordinasi projek2 negeri sembilan (2.30-5.30 pm)

·     13/11- mtg koordinasi projek2 johor (2.30-5.00pm)

·     18/11- mtg tech kk2 seremban 2 at my office (2.30-5.00pm)

·     19/11- mtg ID work kk2 batu pahat at TIMA (9.00-12.30noon)

·     21/11- mtg kerja2 mekanikal di jkr negeri sembilan (9.30-11.00am) and mtg j/k perunding at CKASJ (3.00-4.30pm)

·     24/11- mtg pra-pembinaan kk3 jhr jaya at JB

·     27/11-site mtg projek nt hosp bt pahat at bt pahat (11.00-1.00pm) and site visit to labis segamat  (reached home at 9.00pm)

·     30/11- i’ll be away from the office..at last. will attend team building course at langkawi till 3rd dec. yeay!

 

i’m no kidding about all above mtgs. u can even call my boss for confirmation if u think i’m exaggerating them (call me 1st for the phonenumber.ahaks). so now u can measure the level of stress i’m facing those days (or should i say the whole month? huh!)

Holiday & Kenduri di Melaka

Dalam sibuk2 kerja dapat jugak berholiday bersama my parents di Puteri Resort Melaka (sponsored by abah) on the 15th & 16th of Nov. Lepak2 di hotel sambil bersiar2 di Bandar Melaka + Jusco Air Keroh.

 The next day (16th) sempat ke wedding ida a.k.a dayah di Melaka (nama tempat tak ingat) Sempat la sesat selama 1  1/2 jam sampai papa dan buat muka tensen..huhu. tak tau la, dari dolu2 lagi kalo sampai melaka mesti sesat. nak salahkan sapa? papan tanda ke yg tak informative ataupun kami yg tak pandai baca peta..hihihh. tapi seronok sangat dapat tengok mempelai yg super duper hepi (asyik sonyum memanjang) TAHNIAH IDA!

My Happy Friday + HSM3

Struggling with mtgs and works lately made my week so dull and stressful..but today so not  like the past few days, i managed to spend my  ‘precious’ lunchtime by watching movie..yeay!!

We’ve decided to watch High School Musical 3 instead of James Bond (we like both actually) since i’m HSM big fan and we don’t want to watch heavy movie.

Event cronology:

12.15 pm (sharp) – we (me + my colleague) went down to Mid Valley GSC and queing for tickets.

12.30 pm – managed to get HSM3 tickets.

2.15 pm -  walking out from GSC with smile. Its a very cool movie ~ blowing my heart & mind away remembering the good old times at UTM (ngehngehngehh..cintan cintun time with my hubby)

2.25 pm – queing (again?) for our lunch at McDonald’s & i got myself a Madagascar 2 Mc Shaker set. yum..yum.

2.45 pm – already at my ofis & continuing my works (Wow! how effective i’m today. ngehngehngeh..)

Conclusions- 5 stars to HSM3 for the light & easy yet entertaining & wonderful movie plots & songs. I have a good time today!!!

MINGGU YANG SIBUK- Part II

Weekend lepas memang best sebab dapat rileks2 di rumah dgn my beloved hubby and son. Hilang semua stress bekerja last week. Tapi this week cerita dia lebih kurang sama juga dgn last week. Meeting memanjang. Mtg memang penting tapi kalau dah sampai tak boleh buat kerja lain apa cerita? Huh..stress betul!  Kerja nak kena siapkan tapi pagi ke petang kena mtg..huhu (somebody pls help me).

Isnin pagi2 lagi dah ada design interaction mtg sampai pkl 1.30pm. Tak lama lepas tu bos sms mintak pegi wakil dia ke mtg IBS dgn ksu di kementerian sbb dia tgh attend site mtg (mtg tu plak diorg inform last minute). Aku ni bukan pegawai kanan, ada ke patut suruh pegi mtg ngan ksu? Tak patut..tak patut. Dah la mtg sampai kul 6.00pm. Sapa tak stress?!!!

Pagi ni nasib baik free. tapi petang ni ada mtg projek IBS. Esok mtg koordinasi projek negeri sembilan dan lusa ada mtg koordinasi projek negeri johor (read: mtg koordinasi at least selesai dalam 2 jam & might extend ke 3 jam setengah). Jumaat setakat ni dalam timetable free. Aku tak kira jumaat ni time break nak pegi tengok movie. Arrgghhh!!!

17.49 pm: Esok dah tambah lagi satu mtg! Waaa!!!!

MINGGU YANG SIBUK

Banyak sangat benda yang nak diupdate tapi masa tak mengizinkan..sapa kata kerja gomen rilek..sapa kata?!!! Minggu ni saja ada 4 mtg yg aku dh attend termasuk site mtg di Johor. Ada 3 minit mtg yg nak kena check hari ni..Harini jugakla admin mintak SKT (sasaran kerja tahunan). Baru semalam dia email tapi suruh submit harini..ada ka patut??. Nak kena prepare untuk design interaction mtg next monday.. Waaa..ingat time rehat tadi nak update blog. Lain kali je la jawabnya. Mood pun tak berapa ok lately..Orait. It’s already 6.00pm..Jalan mesti jem. Bye for now!
